Midwest Construction Group partnered with Zeigler Auto Group on improvements to the Zeigler Hyundai facility in Holland, Michigan. The project involved renovations and upgrades designed to support dealership operations, customer serve, and service drive functionality.

Work included interior build outs and infrastructure upgrades coordinated with the existing facility, along with improvements to service advisor workstations and service drive systems. Electrical, plumbing, and technology upgrades were incorporated to support equipment needs and day to day operations, with construction carefully phased to maintain dealership activity throughout the project. 

The project reflects Midwest’s experience working in active automotive environments, where coordination, safety, and operational continuity are essential.
