JR BOUWS
The construction industry always appealed to JR throughout his time in high school. He was intrigued by the all the trades necessary to create a project. While at Hope College, he realized that the business/management side of construction could be a possible career path. He started in construction by working for a residential framing company for 2 summers. He joined Midwest as an intern in the summer of 2023 and was hired full-time following his graduation from Hope College.
