Midwest Construction Group completed a thoughtful renovation of the Vita Bella restaurant in Frankfort, Michigan, delivering a refreshed and reimagined space while preserving the character of this downtown destination. Completed in April 2025, the project included renovations to the main floor for the new Vita Bella restaurant, as well as a basement transformation to create a new wood‑fired pizza bar. The scope also featured a refresh of the building’s exterior, enhancing curb appeal and complementing the updated interior experience.

Midwest helped the company convert the unused space to its new stone division offices. The work included adding additional offices, a large window overlooking their Stone Fabrication area, and a new staircase that allows staff to easily move from their offices to the stone floor to expedite work completed with customers.
