Vicinia Gardens is a community-based long-term living campus in Fenton, MI designed for seniors who range from total independence to full assistance with daily living due to dementia. Midwest was hired to build their state of the art facility which includes 133 apartments complete with a salon, pub restaurant, billiard room, arts and crafts, fitness center and full health care.
