In partnership with Geerling Development, Midwest completed this 8675 square foot construction project on time and on budget. The project began with Geerling and Midwest doing all preliminary estimating and feasibility planning and culminated in a highly successful project despite very challenging weather and clay site conditions. Highlights of the project include medical grade finishings through the facility, medical grade cabinetry, black veneer exterior with wood framed structure and EPDM roof system, waterfall feature at the entrance, and extra electrical and HVAC requirements to accommodate the needs of the occupants and equipment.
