Lakeshore Eyecare Center is an independent optometry practice with two locations – Holland and Hamilton. They provide trusted and comprehensive eyecare services to patients of all aged. Their desire is to provide patients with personal and professional eyecare services along with expertly fitted quality optical products both today and in the future. They came to us when they were looking to purchase land and build a new office for their Holland location. We worked with the client to find the land to purchase and help their vision of what they wanted to come to life. The space includes 3,432 square feet of future tenant space and also overlooks a beautiful pond with an observation balcony. The exterior finishes include cement board siding and custom aluminum sun shades. We faced challenges with the project breaking ground in late fall and working efficiently to ensure the building was enclosed before winter, the wood panelized wall systems accelerated construction schedule.
