Hudsonville Flats is Midwest Construction Group’s second mixed use development in downtown Hudsonville, supporting the city’s Imagine Hudsonville vision plan. Located adjacent to the Hudson Center, the project began in 2023 with the demolition of two existing structures to prepare the site for new construction.

The development includes ground floor medical office and retail space, with residential apartments located on the second and third floors. The project contributes new housing and services to downtown Hudsonville while reinforcing walkability and longterm community growth.
