Located in front of Meijer on 16th and Waverly Road in Holland, this project was a joint venture with Geerlings Development who secured the tenants making this a fully occupied space from day one. While the tenants were being secured, Midwest developed the drawings, site plans, and feasibility for the project. The building totals 8,000 square feet and houses 4 tenants who had penalty enforced timelines had we not finished it on time. Not only was it complete on time, but it was complete on budget with build outs complete for all four tenants, something a previous developer was unable to do. Tenants include: Jimmy Johns, Fantastic Sams, El Rancho, and Papa Murphy’s.
