Midwest worked with preferred trucking as a design/build contractor from start to finish. The project was for a turn-key building including sloped floors, a state of the art truck oil changing area, ground concrete floors with the look of terrazzo at a fraction of the cost, and heavy duty pre-cast concrete mezzanines to handle the weight of parts storage. Although built on a challenging clay site, Midwest completed the project on schedule.
