In February of 2019, a tragic fire damaged the entire interior of the family-owned business of 62 years. The restaurant is a neighborhood staple and famous for their pizza. The owners contacted Midwest to completely renovate the restaurant after the fire. Everything you see is brand new from removing of the floor and lifting of the roof and trusses. The project took only 36 days from start to finish and the owners were able to open on their target date of the Fourth of July weekend.
