Since 2006, Compassionate Heart Ministries has provided social and recreational opportunities for teens and young adults with disabilities. This Zeeland based nonprofit called on Midwest to construct a brand new, much larger building to better serve its growing number of visitors. As such, Midwest was involved with every part of the project: defining project specifications to assist with fundraising efforts, helping develop a realistic budget, and working with designers to produce an aesthetically pleasing, economically feasible solution. The resulting 20,646 square foot facility was constructed under budget and houses a beautiful lunch room, spacious gymnasium and state of the art media room. 

Non-profit challenges with that, worked with them from the beginning of fundraising, budgeted everything for them. Worked with the design to make sure everything fit within the budget, the project came in under budget. Economically aesthetically pleasing facility, kitchen gym lunch room, offices and media room.
