Hastings Avenue Mixed Use is a two story building with a total 12,000 square feet (6,000 per floor). There are 8 apartments on the second floor and retail on the ground level. This project was among the first to begin construction under the city of Holland’s new Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) that promotes mixed-use development in commercial zones.
