Midwest was hired to build a new manufacturing and warehouse facility and partnered in the design phase with the owner and architect. The project involved some unique challenges including working around the three-shift employee schedule and building on a clay site. Working around the production schedule, the building was constructed in two phases with employees moving into the first half of the building while the second half was completed.
