Grade beams and special foundations were used to place this building on a site that was not suitable to build on before extensive hard work and engineering by the Midwest team. The retail building includes Firehouse Subs, Cricket Mobile, Straightline Design, Paradigm Renovation, and Pure Barre. This project gave a much needed facelift to one of the busiest corners in Holland.
